Columbus Circle, Manhattan

This midtown office building was undergoing a full interior redevelopment following completion of a new façade.  Two floors of the building, with dissimilar footprints, were scanned to confirm overall interior building size and service core location, as well as documenting existing piping and ductwork to remain. Processed point cloud data was used for development of 2D CAD plans and a partial 3D Revit model. CAD documentation was prepared indicating location of structural elements, piping and ducts.
